If you have a Macintosh:
Click and hold your mouse on an image. When the menu pops up, choose "Download Image to Disk," select a place to save it, and click "OK."

If you have a PC:
Click on any of the images with your right mouse button, choose "Save As," select a place to save it, and click "OK."
